Another question was about the testing. It will happen tomorrow morning and should take most of the core block.

Make sure you feel confident about integers before the final test on Friday. If you have any questions or would like some extra help, tomorrow is your last chance. I will be in early in the morning...I'm available at lunch and I will stay after school to help you. Sometimes, it only takes 10 minutes of one-on-one time with a teacher to make everything clearer. Take advantage of the extra help being offered.

I hope you were all inspired by President Obama's speach today. This is a very important day in History for the United States of America.

Tomorrow we will be going to the computer lab in the library to do the Comic Life assignment. Please complete the worksheet to prepare for the assignment.

The Geography test will be on all of Chapter 11, including the definitions. Please take good notes to help prepare you for the test.

Homework

The Geopgraphy test will now be on Wednesday.

Thursday morning you will be writing an English test with all the yellow core Grade 8 students in the Cafetorium.

The final integer test will be on Friday. If you need help with integers please make arrangements to meet me in the morning or after school.

I will collect the amplifications tomorrow.

Your character web is due on Monday.

As you know, I will be absent tomorrow. I'm working with Ms. Friesen and the ICT department on a new technology unit for the board. Mr. Katsuras will be the supply teacher. I'm really hoping that you'll be on your best behaviour for him. There will also be two GPP students coming in from 9am - 10:00am. They're going to make a presentation to you.
